    Luxurious Soft Slouchy SocksLuxurious, soft, slouchy socks. Perfect for Sunday mornings with a cup of coffee and a long t-shirt. Are you in the kitchen, trying to grab one swallow of coffee before your two kids arrive to set your world awhirl? Absolutely perfect socks for you!! Spoil yourself a little bit, these are really great and extra long.5Do not like. Arrived looking incredibly worn & pilled, even though supposedly new.Arrived looking incredibly used & pilled, looked weirder than pictured. Really only feel like I can wear with knee high boots & skirt / dress.Kinda itchy too, but that could just be the synthetic material. I have socks without synthetics (or just spandex/cotton covered nylon) and they are a dream.Would not repurchase, kinda wish I'd only bought one instead of a set of 3.Also, there are 2 material contents listed. I purchased based on the cotton/nylon/spandex blend. If I had seen in the q&a section saying they were 20% polyester (according to a seller page) I would not have purchased at all. I am seriously done buying socks on amazon. Since socks have no tags, you are just left with whatever a seller or description page CLAIMS an item is made of. The other pair of socks I bought have 2 material content listings as well, which is ridiculous for the same item.The color is nice though, and I like that they were supposedly made in America. But it does not say where it was grown, so it could just be grown in India (worst pesticides) etc. and put together here, so it doesn't really mean anything.2Great QualityI literally just received these socks and was so pleased that I couldn't wait to do a review. I didn't buy these to make a fashion statement - all though, I do recall rockin them in the 80's, but rather for work socks. I needed tall socks that I could tuck the bottom of my pants in to keep them off of the tops of my dusty chicken pen clogs or from coming in contact with any misfortunes on the ground that I may unfortunately happen upon. Other slouch socks I have aren't quite tall enough and my pant legs always come untucked when bending over or squatting down. These are perfect - plenty tall! Also, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how soft and cushy they are - quite comfortable! I almost hate to wear them for such a job, but that is why I bought them, so I will. Although, since there are three to a pack, I think I may sneak a pair for lounging in the house on nippy days. I thought they were a little pricey and wondered if maybe I could buy them cheaper locally, but with the great reviews and the fact that they are made in our great USA and that I could get them in two days prime all without leaving the house, I figured I really couldn't go wrong. So glad I went ahead and ordered these. I do not believe I could of gotten anything this nice locally. They were worth anything extra I may have paid! Also, these are plenty roomy. I don't like anything tight and these are just perfect. I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe and these fit perfectly, but I could also see how they would fit a larger foot nicely, as well. I can't say enough about these socks (probably said too much) and I know they're just socks, but they sure do make my feet a lot happier while cleaning up after my ladies and roo. And just a side note, my ladies think I'm still rockin the slouch. ;-)**Update**Three years later (next month) and still going strong (both, socks and my ladies and with a few feathery additions)! And, trust me, they've been through (and in) a lot and definitely "walked that extra mile." Worn every single day to tend to my girls and now roo(s). My feet are happy still and my girls say I'm STILL rockin the slouch ;)5Great buy!This socks are marvelous. I have two health issues (and I m too young to have one of them, crapolla!). Diabetes requires firm but not choking clothes. Fibromyalgia needs exactly the same plus a certain type of soft but not itchy fabric (good bye cashmere and wool!)These socks have the best of both worlds . They are firm but stretches softly; not itchy at all, soft and warm. And the color is beautiful! I have since gotten a 6 pack each of the navy, black, and gray. They are great for lounging around the house, but they are also great under a skirt, to keep the cold off. I wear them pulled up with a skirt, and my summer maxi skirts are now viable even in a Colorado winter.Warm thick socks that scrunch beautifully, and also look great pulled up. I'm 5'11 and they hit right below the knee. I also have wide calfs, and they are perfectly comfortable, not tight, but also not falling down. Lastly, I'm a women's 11 shoe , and they fit perfectly.5Hits the style markThey do run big and they stretch but quality is good. I wore them to Aspen in my Sorels while walking around town. My feet stayed warm and they were comfortable in my boots. I removed a star because if they are not in a shoe they start to slide off your foot. Recommend for in shoes.
