    Love this mouth guard, easy to fit and comfortable to wear.I used this mouth guard longer than any other one I've bought. I had to cut a little excess material (the blue gel part) off after molding, but the fit is amazing. I can comfortably wear it during sparring and can even talk to my students to give them a little coaching. Speech isn't perfect, but it's better than most mouth guards. I only replaced it with something else because I was sick and figured putting the same mouth guard in my mouth over and over may contribute to me getting sick again after recovering.Fitting was easy, but it is very different than most other mouth guards so make sure to follow the instructions carefully. 5Once again, amazing delivery.MMAwearhouse...my favorite supplier on Amazon. It breaks them.I chipped my teeth three times within the first two weeks of having this. I molded it to my teeth and followed the instructions. I was very sad about this. 1Comfortable as wellThis thing is rock solid. I actually don't use it for fighting but for working out. I tend to bite down so hard that I've cracked a few teeth so I figured I'd give this a shot. After the molding process I was simply stunned with how well it fit in my mouth. Comfortable as well. The extra rubber on the outside gave me something to really gnaw into, which I know is not the intended purposed but I'm simply blown away by the fit and quality of this. Can't recommend it enough. 5Keep it on me like my CCW. God willing, I can pop it in before any s*** goes down!Tip-top, 'as-advertised'-quality item, this one is. For me, it redeemed the entire category of the "boil-to-fit" style mouth guard. My first attempt--which I'd expected to be my last--was a mangled, useless mess. A worthless blob of disfigured rubber. And, yes, I tried to "repeat steps __ through __," after the initial fail. But that turned out to be an utterly useless exercise. A joke, really...Meanwhile, the "Venum Challenger" had a fitting process that worked the first time through, without a single hitch.BUT, PLEASE NOTE the instructions. Read them. They are neither long nor complicated--if anything, they outline a simpler fitting process than what similar mouth guards describe. However, there ARE some SLIGHT differences... That said, what do I know from the differences and/or how important they are or are not? Just... "better safe than sorry," right? 5Disintegrating after two sparring sessions.Really disappointing product. I wore this for basic sparring in Muay Thai twice and found myself with a mouthful of broken crumbs of blue plastic where the upper layer was disintegrating. I own a lot of other venom gear that is of a high standard and I really like, but this was a great disappointment and waste of money. 1Can't go wrong, perfect for light training/sparring!Felt a little flimsy at first, but compared to the Wilson mouthgaurd I purchased at walmart it is a night and day difference. The wilson mouthgaurd was the most expensive at walmart, coming in around $9 but it was just too thick and made breathing difficult for the MMA training I do on a daily basis. The pros to this mouthgaurd are definitely the ease of fitment (follow instructions to a tee and you will be fine) and the fact that you can breathe/talk/drink water very easily if you use this to train. The cons would only be that it does feel somewhat thin/flimsy, so this would be more for the lighter sparring/situations where you don't need heavy duty protection. Would recommend!5Decent mouthguardDoes the trick. I don't have anything to compare it too (my first mouth guard), but I like the cushioning provided by the gel lining. I have yet to actually be struck in the face while wearing the mouthguard, so I can't attest to it's true effectiveness as teeth protection.4I wanted to like themThe Good:The fit is great.The fitting process is easily done.Easy to hand wash.The Bad:After about a month of 4 days a week, 1 hour a day Muay Thai training usage I have started wearing through both the upper and lower material.With the the wearing down I have had pieces of the upper material break off into my mouth.Difficult to talk while using.(Typical for mouth guards as far as I can tell.)Things that may have redeemed the product:I may have suctioned them a bit close to my teeth during the fitting process as there wasn't much upper material left between my teeth and the lower material when I completed it.I am going to try a different guard by venum to see if I get better results with a different model. 3Sturdy, Comfortable, and ReliableI've been practicing boxing for about 5-6 months now with some good friends of mine. Now that I've gotten down the fundamentals, we were finally starting to get more into actual sparring. I was nervous at first because I wasn't used to getting hit, but wearing this mouthguard really helped boost my confidence!This mouth guard is seamless! It's comfortable, feels good, allows you to breathe without overcrowding your mouth -- pretty much everything I needed in a mouth guard. Extremely satisfied with purchase!5Great mouth guard - easy to mold - Not too smallThese were easy to mold. I am a 6'-1" adult male and these are not too small for my mouth. Once you boil it, the rubber and the inner mold shapes to your mouth size and teeth. I was surprised how well the orange inner part formed around my teeth - They sink in deep and protect really well. My son had a cheaper guard from Revgear and he can barely move his lips with those and there's barely any forming around the teeth with his. I bought him one of these once I realized how good they were.Buy it - you won't regret it and you won't have problems with size if you boil them and follow directions. 5Absolute trashI have purchased many mouthguards over the years and I can promise you this seems like a joke. The guard itself is rather small, but the major issue came from boiling. After I let it sit in the boiling water (off heat) for a minute and a half, when I pulled it out, the molding material had pulled away from the guard walls and was pooling at the bottom, the boil was barely over rolling. I rushing it into water for a 1 second cool down and immediately followed the instructions for installation, which are generic just like any other mouthguard I have ever used. IT WILL NOT FIT. I have now molded this guard AT LEAST 10 times and never has it once stayed in place in my mouth. I have never had an issue with a mouth guard before. I have had a couple that didnt quite hold securely, but this one will not stay in place unless your teeth are clenched. The guard stays in place perfectly while molding, but the second the material cools it shrinks so much that it doesn't even come close. This guard is trash, I don't know if these ratings are payed for or if I just got a bad guard, but this is the worst I have ever bought. 1All teethFought in a MMA fight and still have my teeth 5Great mouth guard, great value. Doesn't cut inside of cheeks!I was shocked at how easy this was to fit, and how comfortable precise the fitting is.Breathability is excellent during sparring, and forget about cutting the insides of your mouth. It simply hasn't happened once despite multiple spars. Great mouth guard. Great value. I love Venum products.5Soft interior, but great mouthpieceGood mouthpiece. The interior (orange) is a bit soft, and I did manage to suck some of it onto my palate in the fitting process, but it trimmed off without an issue. I have used it for a season of rugby and it stays in without needing to keep my teeth clamped together. Communicating with it in is not phenomenal, but is still better than many other mouthpieces I have used.Note....if you leave it in your pocket and send it through the wash, it will need refitting...so don't be forgetful like me. 4
