LIGHTWEIGHT A lightweight, mesh sports cap, it weighs only 2 ounces and is available in a variety of colors. The dark under bill keeps your face shaded and reduces glare. Its a hiking and running essential that keeps you comfy without weighing you down.
MOISTURE WICKING PERFORMANCE - Quick drying, lightweight, polyester mesh fabric works to keep you dry and comfortable during every workout. The light polyester mesh construction means air flows freely and allows your skin to breathe.

NOTE: Sizing is designed for men but may be appropriate for some women. Circumference measures from a minimum of 22" to a maximum of 24.4 inches. Brim is 2.75 inches. CARE: Machine wash delicate cycle or hand wash in cold water; air dry.

Light, Breezy, Comfortable - but fits best if you have a tall head or poofy hair.My old hat got up and walked away... so now it is time for a replacement.Here is a comparison between TrailHeads Race Day, TrailHeads 360, HeadSweats Race Hat, and Nike Heritage86 Aerobill (I also really liked the terrific Adidas Sport Prime Relaxed Fit Cap--but it was too expensive @ $34).While all of the hats were good looking, had solid construction, and felt light, breezy, and comfortable... not all of them had a dark under-bill or reflective material that catches headlights from any direction like the TrailHeads hats.The TrailHeads Race Day hat had the nicest under bill - and seems to be designed for my exact head size (as the hat fits snugly when the adjustable strap is in the nominal position) and can be adjusted 1.25 inches smaller or 1.25 inches larger. It also looks nice from any angle, as the material is not see-through and there are no sharp edges or angles where the material is sewn together.Unfortunately for me however, the only hat that fit was the Nike hat, as the HeadSweats and TrailHeads hats seem to be made for people with lots of poofy hair (or very tall foreheads) because the amount of material in the hat itself seems to be far more that what is needed based on the maximum girth of the hats. All of these hats had so much extra material that pulling them tight--they would bend my ears backwards. In fact, I took some photo's to show just exactly how much extra room there is by wearing a golf ball under the hats.3What I love about this cap is how cool it is on ...What I love about this cap is how cool it is on my head in the south Florida heat, and how long the brim is, and that the cap part is fairly small so it fits snugly but comfortably over my head and looks great. The material is slightly stretchy. I don't care for caps that are a little bigger.What I don't like is that the brim is just slightly off-center from the cap part. This seems like a manufacturing defect.I am a woman with a medium-sized head, and the back adjusted easily to fit very well. Because it is awesomely cool to wear, I'm keeping it even though it has the aforementioned slight defect. I bought the white one. I also love the black underside to the brim because that really helps with the glare off the water when fishing and boating.4In a Word, This Hat SucksI like the Highlighter Yello color,and the mesh-like material is OK.I like the reflective material sewn onto the strap,but man what a fit.This hat would fit on a soccer ball.The sticky part of the velcro strap is too short.If you wear a 7-1/2" hat, you'll have a 1/4" ofvelcro to hold it in place.If you want a snug, head-hugging fit like on themodel, you may need to use staples on that strap.Pretty good price for the quality, but made for big heads.2Fit Perfect right out of the bag!I'm a Triathlete who lives in the Arizona desert and looking for a cool hat to keep the sun and sweat off my head and face when on my early morning runs. I absolutley love this hat. The mesh top allows air and my head to cool and the sweat band sucks up most of the water to keep it out of my eyes. A couple of reviews said this hat was small but, I have a larger size men's head 9 1/4 and this hat fit me perfect right out of the bag it came in. Pleanty of adjustment if need be. Great hat for runners in the desert heat! I'll take two more for spares at this price!!!5Light, breezy running hatI did my run this morning with this hat for the first time and I liked it! It's stiflingly hot out right now, so any bit of air you can get to pass over your body is good. I loved feeling the slight breeze pass right through the hat and over my head. The only issue I had was with the strap. I have a small head and I wasn't able to close the strap down far enough because the velcro is only at the end of the strap. My solution was to sew the strap where it needed to be in order to fit, then I cut the excess strap off. It wasn't that hard really. I'm a man. I don't sew. But I was able to do it with ease.Other posters mentioned that the hat can look crumply because the material is so light there isn't any real substance to the hat. This is true but it didn't seem to look too bad once on. I compensate by contorting my face into a painful look to draw others' eyes away from the crumpled hat to my sad-looking face!4Ah HaYou know that feeling when you are trying to remember a word, someone says it, and it clicks in your mind, "ah ha". That has been my experience with this hat.I have a lightweight light grey Texas Rangers hat I purchased at a game as a memento. Adding to that memory I wore the hat during travels and in pictures cementing its place in my personal history. Unfortunately, due to the way I folded the bill into the hat when stowing it, in combination with a metal clasp on the back fitting strap, a hole wore into the edge of the bill. I needed a new hat. Initially I looked for an exact replacement, but that design was discontinued. I looked for another rangers hat, a grey hat, a lightweight hat, a breathable hat, and eventually I came across this hat. It is reminiscent of my previous hat, by way of the color, but it breathes much better...and I don't offend baseball fans in Houston anymore.5No more sweat in the eyes!If you run or bike in Florida, you're gonna sweat and that sweat is going to go right in your eyes. UNLESS you have this fantastic h at from TrailHeads! Ran a short 5 miles this morning and the hat caught all the sweat - so well that it was dripping from the front edge of the brim. Not into my eyes, not down my face - off the front edge of the brow. The vibrant neon yellow is great for keeping you visible to others as well. I've tried headbands, those little strips that stick on your forehead, and other styles of hats. THIS is the first product that actually works at keeping sweat at bay. And it's so well ventilated that your head still feels the air passing over your hair. So impressed I'm buying another right after finishing this review.5Those with large heads beware!I'm a male who normally requires a 7-1/2 hat size. This cap, adjusted as large as it can be (i.e., with only about 0.5-inches of the velcro still secured), barely fits on my head. In fact, I wish it were a bit less tight. So, those with larger heads beware.4Fits me!I am a woman whose head is usually too big for women's caps. I have tried to squeeze my head into cute women's visors and caps but have ended up stitching extensions onto the back straps or just suffered from headaches from a squished head. I bought this men's cap and I am so glad I did! I have worn it 3-4 times per week: to the gym, to races, to walking the dog. It is nice and ventilated, lightweight, and fits me just right. I have washed it several times (put it in a mesh bag and washed it in cold water in the washing machine) and air dried it - it looks as good as new. I highly recommend it - especially if you are a woman who is tired of trying to find a running cap that will fit you!5Very poor quality!Very disappointed with the build quality. The material on the underside of the bill of the cap has separated after just a month of use! Terrible!1
