They also stretch a good bit, which is great because I have a ...I'm a big guy, 260 lbs. 6 ft. 4 inches. Needless to say, I sweat profusely in the South Carolina heat and humidity. The Suddora Sweat Band catches all the sweat from my forehead, keeping it from running into my eyes. They also stretch a good bit, which is great because I have a large head as well. What sold me was two major things. First, I found many people complaining about the fit and comfort of the 100% cotton headbands.People said they were too tight and didn't stretch. Well, the spandex in these takes care of that. The headband is so comfortable I forget I'm wearing it. I've actually worn one all day with no discomfort of any kind.The other was price. While these were more expensive by comparison, the shipping was incremental (as it should be), where some of the lesser priced bands the shipping multiplied as I added more to the cart. In the end, these cost negligibly more - and I got the superior product.Lastly, I got an email from Suddora following up on the order and making sure I was satisfied with the order. No problems. 5Excellent headbandSimply put I do heavy aerobics, sweat a lot and am not even aware of how much sweat gets in my eyes and irritates them. I have put off getting a headband and then had a hard time finding any in stores, even sports stores. Then with my research I ended up with these. I am confused by some of the negative comments but I guess to each their own. I got bright orange which I love but that doesn't speak to the excellent quality of this headband. The 2 1/2 inch width sounded extreme to me at first but it is what is needed to make sure it not only stays in place but this headband being so thick and wide allows it to fully absorb all the sweat. When I first put it on it feels too warm and heavy but as I said when I am done exercising the amount of sweat it has absorbed is amazing. And my eyes now have no more sweat and my whole neck up feels fresher after exercise for I don't have to towel off tons of excessive sweat. So yes the headband is thick and bulky but it must be to do its job. After use I hang to dry and the next day it is totally fresh. I will be getting many more of these. The price is amazing and the quality superb. May seem weird to read such praises for a simple headband but these days so many products are cheaply made and subpar. Kudos to Suddora! Highly recommend. Lastly it fits my head great and is fully stretchy and expandable so should fit pretty much any head. 5Buy this one if you're looking for absorbency!Have a few Nike headbands that feel like mostly terrycloth, and they really absorb the sweat when I'm cycling. I also have some Under Armor that are terrible...mostly nylon and absorb nothing.A week ago I ordered this sweatband and liked it so much I ordered two more. They are a bit wider than many headbands and VERY absorbent. 5Not for exercisingMost headbands are too small and don't fit well on my head. This Suddora headband is super soft, stretchy and large enough to fit over my ears and around the back of my head. The problem is that it slips off and I can't use it for pilates. I've used it 3 times for gardening and the only way to keep it on is to wear it "Indian" style around the middle of my head and under my pony tail. After 3 wearings, the fabric is fraying at the edges. 3Need to wear it inside outMy hat size is 7 3/8. 7 3/8 Hat size translate to 23 1/8 Inches, 58.7 Centimeters. This headband fits comfortable. However, I can see an impression on my forehead after I wore it. I had a groove imprinted on my forehead.The issue is the seam of the headband is inside the headband. This seam is not a piped seam but looks like one and is sitting quite high above the fabric. This raised seam is causing the impression on the forehead.The manufacturer could have moved this seam to the edge of the headband. It might not look as nice but would have eliminate the issue of the groove impression.I ended up wearing this headband inside out. It does not look as good but then I would not have a groove imprinted on my forehead after wearing it. Still, this is a good headband. It does its job of keep hair in place and absorbs sweat. 4The Wilson Sweatbands at Mega-lo-Mart are way worse than this.Under any form of exertion, I sweat like a drunken pig, after having ran a marathon.So even though curling is a sport done in a 40ish degree room full of ice, I still can't keep the sweat out of my eyes! After having missed far to many shots, due to the pungent waterfall coming down my head, I hit Amazon and landed on these, thanks in large part to the wonderful reviewers out there. Seriously, some people at the club wear hats even, but nobody wears an Olivia Newton John "Let's get physical" band, except me.Well everything went on just fine until I started curling more nights a week, and needed a new sweatband fast; enter the Wilson from the Mega-lo-mart. Pretty much everything about that product was worse: Less big around, less wide, less thick, and less absorbent fabric. Cheeses me off especially, since I bought two of those trash bands.Well now that I've talked about the wasted money I'm never gonna get back, I can tell you that I bought a spare Suddora. After a strenuous night of curling I can probably even wring out a shot full of sweat from one, if I have any takers out there :) 5
