    Mediocre. Sacrifice style for safetyAs a person trained by the Red Cross for proper helmet fitting I m not a fan of this helmet. There is not enough padding included for a proper fit. The straps are easily adjusted and works well, I m not happy with the loose fits of the inside of the helmet sans adjustable padding 3My kids tend to have a 90%tile head (a big one) and it fits them great (my almost 4 year old has to wear it ...I bought this helmet for my 2.5 year old and he LOVES it! Today is his 4th birthday and the helmet fits him perfectly. I can't imagine it fitting him in a year. If your child is between 4-5 I would suggest getting the one sized for 5+ 5Three StarsLove the helmet but it melted after being in the car for less than 2 hours :(I returned the helmet and got another one because my son loved the design so much, however the second helmet melted too after remaining in the shade in the backyard with his bike. :( it doesn't seem to have affected the safety of the helmet but it looks bad. 2Cool helmet for a toddlerI loved it !!! My 2 year old is obsessed with dinosaurs and I couldn't find any "cool" helmet his size !! Great helmet! 5Cool little headpiece.I bought this for my son, who is 11 months old but a big boy. (Someone asked me if he was two yesterday...lol) He is on the lower end of the measurement for this helmet but it adjusts to fit his head well. He enjoyed going for a bike ride and will enjoy the many more to come as the weather warms up. Love the style, it's fun. I obviously can't say if it stands up well to impact, and hope I never have to...but it's been good thus far otherwise. 5Raskullz are great quality, affordable, and kid cool My 7 year old dislikes wearing helmets and used to fight and argue about wearing those he s had in the past from Razor, Bell, etc. He got a new electric scooter for Christmas and was told a helmet is required. We let him pick out the Raskullz he liked the best and has no complaints about donning his red and black mohawk to go cruising. It s well made, comfortable and fits well. As the graphics are imprinted onto the plastic shell like high quality (and expensive) bike helmets they will hold up well and the shell will not delaminate easily like the cheap helmets you typically find at big local chain stores. The things that would make the Raskullz better and 5-stars in my book would be to add a pad to the chin strap, a magnet to the chin strap (easy for kids to put on solo), and a dial custom fit as not all heads are the same. 4Fantastic, Safe HelmetWell constructed helmet that meets all safety needs. Design is a "hoot" with the spikes and glow in the dark feature. Bought for our 20 month old who has a somewhat large head. Helmet adjusted to fit nicely but still has room to grow. Our grandson constantly wears it whenever he is visiting he loves it so much. Great purchase. 5Buyer beware, if you purchase this item, know ...Buyer beware, if you purchase this item, know that the batteries cannot be replaced and the lights only stay on for maybe a 45 seconds to a minute, it automatically shuts off after that. It did not work well for our family, since we ride our bikes during the evening time when it's cooler outside. I would have kept the helmet if the lights stayed on and I was able to replace the batteries. It defeats our whole purpose on purchasing the helmet-- to increase the visibility of our son at night. The item was returned. 2
