Good for adults, too!I'm an adult & got this helmet FOR MYSELF! It fits well AND I LOVE IT. 5runs bigruns big, but thats okay. my kid will grow into it. she loves it. just like those light up sneakers from sketchers. wish there was a spot to replace the batteries though, because i know she's going to keep forgetting to turn it off.. and it won't light up again =( 4My daughter loves this helmet---stylish and sturdyThis is such a nice helmet. Not the typical plain helmets you ordinarily see. This has Sparkles, rainbows, and even an on-off switch (on the inside of the helmet) that lights the helmet up with blinking lights. Adorable for your princess! Our granddaughter just turned five, and it fits perfectly and yet she has room to grow into it the next couple of years. It seems to have great cushioning in the event of a fall. Our grand daughter loves rainbows and sparkles so this helmet was perfect for her. She was right in-between sizes. That next size up is a little too big, but she liked the feel of it better. A petite adult could wear it. It is just right for a girl in the 8-11 year age range.The helmet is fitted with fabric covered foam inside, and appears to be solidly constructed.Until we can find a better-fitting helmet, we allow her to wear this one with a thick-knit pull on hat underneath, which works well in winter weather. She is not allowed to ride in the street, but in a nearby school parking lot for now.The helmet has a switch inside that a child can reach while she's wearing it. This will turn on the row of small colored lights on the front of the helmet. They glow in rapid succession whenever she turns her head or taps the helmet.So far, this feature continues to function well for our granddaughter.This is a great helmet at a decent price. Just be aware that the sizing runs a bit large. 5Daughter LOVES this!What little girls doesn't love sparkles and rainbows?! And the cherry on top is that it lights up!
