    Narrow size is perfect for my feet!I liked these boots right away. I usually wear a 9N and this was available in only a 9 1/2N. It is so hard to find narrow shoes these days that I was willing to take the risk. They are slightly long, but not unwearable. The fact that I was able to get the right width makes all the difference! They are pretty and I was able to wear them comfortably in snow that was not very deep. In other reviews, some people complained about the smell; the first thing I did after unpacking them was put them to my nose. There was the strong smell of RUBBER, which is what the soles are made of, so it is not surprising. I have had them for less than a week and if I hold the soles up to my nose, I can still smell the rubber. Fortunately, the soles are usually down there under my feet and my nose is all the way at the top of my body so it is not an issue.5NOT NavyI really like these and the fit is just perfect. They seem very well made. I'm not sure if the laces will hold their tie, as I have never had laces made of this material. The zipper slides very well and perfectly snug--I will not need to tie the laces every time as another buyer has suggested.That all being said, they are a lovely color that is definitely NOT Navy. This shade of blue leans more towards teal than navy. I think the fabric that goes around the outside is the same as in the picture and if you look closely it has some teal in it--that matches the real color of the boot very well with the boot being a little darker shade--but the tone is right on. I will not return them because I really like them They will be great for the icy days we are having right now, but I was hoping for something that blended better with my blue jeans and would match my navy coat.4Fun, stylish and comfortableI love this boot from Prop t. It fun and stylish. But, best of all, it is very comfortable. As you can see from my photo, the toe is quite squared. And that gives my toes plenty of wiggle-room. And the size runs true to my previous Prop t shoes.5Walked me through Europe without painThese boots were great for a trip I just completed to visit the Christmas Markets in Europe. Seven long days on my feet and these boots kept my feet warm, dry and in pretty decent shape from a pain perspective. I have foot issues that necessitate a wide toe box and these fit the bill perfectly. While my feet were sore and achy at the end of each day, it was because of thousands of steps taken... not from issues with my shoes. Very grateful for that.5Cute, comfortableThe fit of these is nice though perhaps a touch roomy in the ankle. These are attractive. The toe box is a bit of an odd shape (not square but not yet round) however it looks very nice. The leather or leather-like style of laces is not my favourite but they held secure. The zipper and pull tab were very helpful. The fabric stains easilly with dust/dirt but brushes off almost as easily as it's come prepared with Scotchguard as the tag says. I wore these for about 5 hours on concrete before I had any foot pain. The sole is flexible and I think after breaking in a little more (thankfully not as much as some boots) these will get me through 8 hours on concrete.4Cute casual boot for both city and country walkingI got these boots for a trip I'm taking to Scotland, and they fit great. I ordered 8W, and even though I don't think I would have needed the extra width in these because of their roomy toe box and styling, the extra width will allow me to use heavier socks in them and make room for inserts, if I decide I need them. There is an included padded insert, but it has less arch support than I would like.The style is very cute and looks great with jeans; I'd even wear with tights and a casual skirt. The knitted cuff around the top of the boot is a heathered black-and-white knit, and means no leather edge rubbing your ankle, which is nice. The boots are stylish enough to wear when doing casual city walking and seem sturdy enough to do a bit of country walking (not hard-core hiking, but muddy paths, anyway). The leather came with a Scotchgard tag on it, so I'm hoping they'll prove water resistant; I was able to easily wipe them clean of a bit of mud splash, and they still looked new.Boots were comfortable right out of the box, and as I've mentioned, lots of room for toes. They have a side-zip which is SO convenient for on/off, but do still have laces so you can tighten or loosen as needed to accommodate sock thickness, arch height, swelling, etc.This really is a fun and functional little boot. I'm tempted to get a second pair in another color!4Side zipper rocks, handles orthodic, stays dry inside - lite tractionI just went through my first big snow storm with these boots. Traction was good, My feet stay dry and warm, and getting them on and off was wonderful. That side zipper makes a big difference. I got them in extra wide and a half size larger than my normal size to make room for orthodic and fluffy socks - which is a normal fit accommodation for me. Since I need extra depth footwear for the orthotic I use, shoes are hard to find that work and boots even harder - always need a removable insole, extra width, and double depth. This boot works on all counts for the orthodic situation and so far has been leak free in sloppy snow. The laces help make a good adjustment for fit, but once I had them set up the way that felt good, I only use the zipper to get them on and off. Another bonus was getting them at a good price around the holiday. Really liking these. Best boots I ve had in years!Update March 2019: just finished a season of ice storms out here and wanted to updated that in slippery weather traction is not as good as a gym shoe or hiking boot. If snow is crunchy no problems, once it freezes up, then this shoe doesn t grip. Has been leak free, warm and comfortable though.5Joy on finding a good looking comfortable bootI have a Morton's neuroma on my left foot and bunions on both feet, compounded by lower extremity swelling due to venous insufficiency. I did not know if I would need a 10 2E or 10 W. The 10 2E provided adequate width for a very comfortable fit, while wearing two pairs of socks for warmth. Although I use the side zipper to easily take the boots on and off, I found that by tightening the front laces, I could achieve a better fit on my right foot as the heel space is wider than I need. I could not be more pleased to finally find a good looking boot which has a sufficient width to accommodate my physical problems and allow me to briskly walk my daily 3.5 miles.Since the water resistance is provided by a Scotch guard finish, I will have to wait and see how water resistant they actually are5Unbelievably comfortableReally nice looking low-cut boots (I got the navy). Fit is perfect 8.5, and they are surprisingly comfortable to wear. I mostly wear sneakers because everything else hurts my feet, but these are very comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. My daughter now wants a pair of her won.5Propet Brand Fits WellI am very happy with the toe room and fit of these ankle boots. The Propet brand seems to be very compatible with my size 11W feet with bunions and hammertoes. I am very hard to fit and am required to wear black shoes on my job. These boots work great!! I wore them at work today and didn t need to rush home to get them off because they hurt my feet. I do use an insert because on top of everything else my feet are extremely flat. There is still room for my hammertoes even with the insert. I will certainly be looking for more styles of Propet shoes5
