It does not fit as expected and we are going ...It does not fit as expected and we are going to return them. Sizing chart talks about months , height and weight of the baby and when you place the order , you need to choose from small ,medium ,large etc. How are we suppose to match the sizing chart provided with size chosen when we order it ? You have to guess and we guessed wrong. Your sizing chart is completely wrong ...2Very cute, good coverageThis hat is so cute! I love how wide the brim is- it offers a ton of protection for my daughters shoulders. The tag said "hand wash or machine wash cold" and so I put it in the washing machine on the gentlest cycle & it seemed to hold up just fine. Very cute & the material is very light so I have a feeling my daughter won't want to rip it off too much (fingers crossed) but I haven't actually had her wear it yet so we'll see. Overall very good product- worth the price. Definitely recommend!4This color is like a denimI ordered a medium, which was exactly as expected per the size chart in the questions section. It should last through the summer on my large 5 month old. This color is like a denim, not gray as it looks in the pictures, but it is still very cute. It provides quite a bit of sun protection. It gets in her face slightly, but if it didn't at all, it likely wouldn't be very effective. We're happy with it and I will likely buy a bigger one when the time comes!Update: the hat fit her well all last year. We live in FL, and it held up to almost daily use. The medium is now too tight (15 months) so I ordered a large for this year. Still happy with flap happy hats!5Great baby sun hat!This hat is great for the sun! I like that it protects him all the way around, not just his face. It folds and is easy to pack and keep in the diaper bag just in case. Fit as expected (I ordered it hoping it would be a little big so he d have room to grow).The only drawback is the ties. They are long and I m a little worried if they get caught wrong they could be a choking hazard- although we haven t had any issues, it s just an instinct.4Cute hat for sunny daysI love that this hat goes with pretty much any outfit my toddler wears and that it protects her from the sun in addition to sunscreen. The ties help the adult keep the hat on the child, at least some of the time.To me, the biggest benefit is protecting the scalp. Even with hair, the scalp burns easily and Is important to protect. Down the road, it s easy to miss skin cancer if it s hidden under hair. I know my part burns sometimes, and my cute strawberry blonde burns more easily than I do.580% polyesterThe tag on the hat says 80% polyester and 20% cotton. Amazon description says 100% cotton. Not cool. Hat fits wide and shallow. Its too big around my baby's head but at the same time it doesn't come down far enough on her forehead so it doesn't stay on well. I am returning it.1Cutest beach bum out thereWe loved this hat on our vacation to Mexico. It kept the sun off of her and was adorable. She didn't seem to mind the straps around her chin either (although sometimes we tied them above her head which gave more of a cowgirl look :) ). Its a nice lightweight material. We bought the white one and the edges started to turn a little yellow. Im not sure if that is from the sunscreen or the pool or both. Other than that, its great!5Very cute.LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!! I decided (after much thought) on the pink eyelet hat. It arrived in 2 days, and I am in love! I love the subtle embroidered design on the hat, and I like the ties so that it stays on her head. I just wish my child liked hats more, but I have managed to get her to wear it from time to time, and every time it does a great job keeping the sun out of her eyes, but allowing her to see what is going on around her. For reference, my child has a larger than average head and is 6 months old, so I ordered the medium because I wanted it to fit her all summer. I plan on ordering a second one in white.5cutest hat ever!!First of all, I live in Colorado and tried to find a sun hat for my daughter this week. All the stores have already discounted their hats and bringing out winter stuff (and it's August). So I hopped on Amazon and found this hat. It is super cute w/ the eyelets, white which matches everything, and fits my 16 week old daughters head perfectly. Many are too big. I might cut the strings off...not sure if they will help hold it on or become a hazard. Anyways, it has a huge brim to shade her face. Couldn't be happier. It fits her well now and has some wiggle room to grow into over the summer. It's well worth the price and I'd buy again. I've spent much more on sun hats for my son that we're of a lesser quality.5
