However, the part that is tighter is higher up on my stomach so not really helpful at all.3Very comfortableThis looked like it wasn t going to do the job because it didn t look as sturdy as my spanx, however I was so amazed at the job that they did. I prefer these to my spanx. They hold me in with out being too tight and therefore they don t squeeze out any muffin top bulge. The trick is to get a much bigger size. I am a size 2 in dresses and bought these in size XL. They fit well and are very comfortable. I bought one for every day of the week5Do not buy- immediately rolls down on stomach.I should have listened to the reviews. I barely got these things on before they started rolling down on me. And then as soon as I would get one side rolled up the other side would start rolling down. I have a little tummy (I wear size 8 / 10 jeans) but not that much of one and so I can t even imagine how these things would roll down for people with a bigger tummy than mine.1Surprisingly comfortable! Perfect for hiding your muffin top & giving the illusion you have a flat tummy under dresses/clothes because sometimes you want to feel good wearing something more form fitting.5
