    Finally found the perfect true red bowtieColor matched perfectly! We ordered the satin "purplish red" and was the perfect red color to match his dates dress. It was more of an actual red color like a deep red rose color. It was perfect. When we ordered the "red" bow tie it looked orange. And I got 2 rectangles and a 2 inch piece of fabric. No idea how THIS got almost 5 stars in customer reviews. I OBVIOUSLY got the new person at the place. . Guess I will be ordering some place besides Amazon. 1great bow tie, bad quality controlworked well for my husbands halloween costume (blippi) but the bow tie closure was sewn on twisted, so there was a permanent kink in the fabric. i couldn t unstitched it and re-sewn it, but i didn t have time before halloween - and now i m to lazy. it s very shiny and solid and looked perfect for his costume.4Classy lookFirst bowtie I've ever owned as an adult and it's fantastic. I figured it was because the silk makes it look bluish. I bought this one thinking dark blue would help.
